The Service is a free, privacy-first image utility that allows users to convert HEIC images to JPG format directly within their web browser. The entire conversion process occurs locally on your device (client-side processing) using modern browser APIs. No image files are uploaded to our servers, stored, or processed externally.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following rules:

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or overload the Service or its hosting infrastructure.
• To maintain optimal browser performance and prevent execution lockups, the application enforces a local client-side batch limit of 250 photos per conversion process. Attempting to bypass this limit via automated scripts is discouraged as it may crash your local browser session.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, layout, design, and source code of the Service (excluding any user-supplied image files) are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. CONVERSION ACCURACY AND PERFORMANCE DEPEND ENTIRELY ON YOUR BROWSER'S CAPABILITIES, LOCAL MEMORY LIMITS, AND DEVICE SPECIFICATIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER, HOSTING PROVIDER, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SYSTEM CRASHES, IMAGE CORRUPTION, FILE LOSS, OR ANY LOCAL DEVICE ISSUES ARISING DURING THE CONVERSION PROCESS.
